Welcome to San Diego! After growing up on a dairy farm in Pennsylvania I received a teaching credential from the local college. I moved to Virginia Beach where I met my husband, John, a fighter pilot. From there the Navy sent us to Key West, Monterey, San Diego and back to Virginia Beach. Our last duty station was San Diego and we have been here since 1973. I taught public schools in all the assignments. My first broker, during the interview for his office, said that I would still be teaching in real estate! So True! I love the education process when working with my clients. With each buyer or seller I help in real estate - I take a walk in their shoes. "If this were me buying or selling, would I do it and is it best for me?" I let them know my thoughts but you will never receive a high pressure sells pitch from me! It is your investment and I want to guide you so that you make the best decision for you.
We have worked with Grace several times. She is the perfect agent for us, very knowledgeable, always works hard for us, approachable, and I know she will do her best to make sure we are satisfied.
